The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, in cases of force majeure, such as a serious illness (with a valid medical certificate) or other uncontrollable events, participants may request to transfer their registration to another person or defer their participation to the next IBD conference. Requests will be considered at the discretion of the organizing committee.
